Rachel Mintz, MA
Rachel Mintz, MA is a bilingual (Spanish) Trauma Therapist at Resilience’s Central Office. She received her Master’s Degree from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago in 2020. Prior to joining Resilience in 2019, Rachel worked with adolescents and adults experiencing homelessness, as well as conducted research on intimate partner violence. In addition to these populations, Rachel has extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
Rachel incorporates mindfulness, person-centered, and intersectional feminist approaches to meet the needs of each specific client. Rachel believes that each client already has the capacity to grow and heal, and is grateful to hold a space in which clients can do so.
