Danielle A. Boachie, MA, ICDVP

Director of Education & Training

Danielle is the Director of Education & Training at Resilience. They oversee the prevention education programming given to schools and community organizations, as well as the professional development of social services agencies. Danielle is an immigrant from Ghana, and has been a gender-based violence activist for over 10 years. Prior to Resilience, they were the Director of a domestic violence education program in Chicago. They also have experience building curriculum and facilitating comprehensive, evidence-based, LGBTQIAA+ inclusive sexual health and relationship education for youth and adults.

Danielle holds a Master of Arts in Women’s & Gender Studies (with a focus on African Diaspora Studies & Nonprofit Management) from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
