Join the Resilience Associate Board for a winter-themed sip and paint event at Pinot’s Palette in Logan Square! Proceeds will go to funding the important work Resilience is doing in fighting rape culture and empowering survivors across the Chicagoland area. \nIn addition to painting\, there will be a raffle and prizes that can be gifts for you and your loved ones. Our paint parties begin at the scheduled start time. It’s MUCH MORE FUN when we start together. \nPaint\, drink & have fun with us at Pinot’s Palette Logan Square! At our sip and paint parties\, guests enjoy a ‘no art experience required’ paint party & all art supplies are included! You’ll be led by our talented local artists who will guide you step-by-step to create the featured painting. \nOur paint events are more party than art class. Though our artists will guide you to create the featured painting\, this is your masterpiece! You can follow along as much\, or as little\, as you’d like. We paint\, drink and have fun! \nWe are located at 2768 N. Milwaukee Ave\, a half-block south of Diversey Avenue and steps from the Blue Line Logan Square L stop (exit towards Spaulding). Coming from the north or south? We’re a mile west of I-94 (exit at California from the north\, Diversey Ave from the south). Street parking is available all along Milwaukee\, Diversey\, and Kimball Avenues. Most street parking is $2/hr (tip: the Park Chicago app makes paying for parking a breeze). Street parking is free on Sundays. \nCANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the custom nature of our parties and classes\, Refunds are not issued for reservation cancellations. Should you need to reschedule your reservation and provide at least 24-hour notice\, your reservation will be transferred to a studio credit that can be used only for a future paint party reservation at our Logan Square studio. By providing an understanding of pleasure inclusivity\, queer sex & identities\, non-monogamy\, and kink\, as well as offering skills to help prepare participants for these conversations\, this training seeks to provide a foundation to work from when approaching common issues related to sex\, sexual identity\, and gender identity. This training also seeks to help participants navigate professional boundaries while encouraging clients to have authentic conversations about their sexual concerns. Group discussion will be used to support learning. \nAbout The Presenter \nErica Hungerford\, LPC\, NCC\, has been helping people navigate sexual health and trauma concerns in various capacities since 2014. Erica recently completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is completing additional courses to become a certified sex therapist.
