Reiki Clinic for Survivors of Sexual Violence

What: Reiki is a hands-on energy healing that relaxes and heals on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Receive a free 20-30 minute Reiki session.

Group for African American Women

What: 10-week psychoeducational group for African American female identified women who have been impacted by sexual trauma. Participants will have conversations about their experiences of sexual trauma, challenges, the healing process, and the journey back to themselves.
When: Thursday, January 24–Thursday March 28

Reiki Group for Survivors of Sexual Abuse/ Sexual Assault

What: Members of this group will learn how Reiki can be incorporated into their healing journey to assist with coping with difficult emotions and thoughts associated with trauma. Members will choose topics they would like to explore and discuss.

Art Therapy Support Group

What: Art Therapy support group for adult female-identified survivors. Explore new pathways to healing through your own creative process. This group is structured around engaging in art making as a way to explore, understand, connect with & take control of your healing process after sexual trauma. No prior artistic experience required, materials will be provided.
When: Tuesday, January 22–Tuesday, April 9
