Hello, I’m April Hickey (she/they), I am a board certified Music Therapist.  I have a private practice called Your Song Music Therapy in Chicago and I am just now getting certified through Resilience to work with survivors.  I really look forward to working with survivors as this is a passion of mine.  In college I minored in Women’s and Gender Studies, and in 2018 I worked at Loretto Hospital for their inpatient behavioral health unit, where I provided services to many survivors of sexual violence, and truly enjoyed this work.  Please feel free to look at my website and social media to learn more about me!
