Trauma in the Headlines: Coping Skills for Collective Stress
ZoomThis free, trauma-informed workshop provides a supportive space for survivors of sexual violence to process the impact of ongoing exposure to trauma in the news. Participants will explore how these experiences affect them emotionally, physically, and socially, while learning grounding and coping strategies to navigate collective stress. This workshop also offers space for connection, reflection, and identifying ways to stay supported and empowered.
