Introducing the Resilience Associate Board

The first Resilience Associate Board is forming now and will begin meeting this summer. We’re building an inclusive group that supports the work of Resilience while having fun together. Keep scrolling to learn more about the commitment and find out how to apply. The application deadline is May 31, 2019.

The Commitment

Join a community dedicated to supporting Resilience.
Associate Board members attend at least three quarterly meetings per year and join a committee to work on specific tasks and projects. It’s a year-long commitment, with opportunities to take on two-year leadership roles. After a year, you’ll have the option to extend your membership.

Raise awareness of the entire spectrum of sexual violence.
Since you’ll be among the first members, you will take a hand in shaping how the Associate Board supports the mission of Resilience, with mentorship from our Board of Directors.

Engage your networks in fundraising.
Each Associate Board member will contribute $500 annually through a combination of soliciting donations and at least $150 in personal giving. If you are interested in joining but have questions about this commitment, please contact Erin Walton at ewalton@ourresilience.org to discuss your options.
