The Commitment

Join a community dedicated to supporting Resilience.
Associate Board members make a two-year commitment, attend quarterly meetings, and join a committee that meets monthly to work on specific projects in support of Resilience. Members may also pursue leadership roles.

Raise awareness of the entire spectrum of sexual violence.
Our Associate Board is active and enthusiastic in its support of Resilience’s mission. Members build community with one another, encouraging personal and professional growth and celebrating each other’s achievements.

Engage your networks in fundraising.
Each Associate Board member contributes $500 annually through a combination of fundraising and at least $150 in personal giving. Members receive ongoing support in reaching those goals.

Commit to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
The Associate Board Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council supports the Associate Board by identifying, implementing, and measuring goals to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion. This Council is an opportunity to cultivate an anti-racist culture within the Associate Board, ensure a diverse composition that reflects Resilience’s client population, and build authentic partnerships with individuals and organizations from under-represented communities.
