Resilience is proud to share the official comment to the proposed Title IX regulations by the Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault (ICASA). Our very own Director of Programs and Public Policy Sarah Layden, along with directors and advocates from other centers, helped to draft and discuss how these regulations would impact survivors across the country. Special thanks to the General Counsel of ICASA in her leadership and legal research on these issues. We are proud of the comment we submitted on behalf of rape crisis centers and survivors across the state!
