As Senior Managing Director of Finance — Chief Accounting Officer at Core Spaces, Lucero Castellanos is responsible for direct oversight of the accounting and finance functions, including fund accounting and financial reporting, development and property operational accounting, budget and forecasting, tax and treasury.
Mark H. Cohen is a marketing executive with more than three decades of success across the marketing, technology, digital media, and finance industries. Born and raised in New York, he worked in the ad business in Manhattan for over 20 years – from humble beginnings in the mailroom of a Madison Avenue agency until he founded one of the first digital agencies in New York’s “Silicon Alley.” He also co-founded the NY Chapter of the marketing trade organization PMAA and taught the first digital marketing class offered at NYU.
Brian Greenberg is a technology and product leader, Forbes contributor, and member of the Forbes Technology Council. He lives in Chicago and has been working at companies of all sizes, from the Fortune 100 to startups, with extensive international experience in EMEA, including; Japan, Belgium, Egypt, and Indonesia.
Dr. Swathi Mothkur is a Hospitalist Specialist in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated with honors from Indiana University School Of Medicine in 2002. She has more than 20 years of diverse experience.
