Dr. Swathi Mothkur

Dr. Swathi Mothkur is a board certified physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation with additional certification in pain medicine. Dr. Mothkur received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University and her Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2002. She completed her physiatry training at Loyola University Medical Center.  She has been in practice for almost 20 years in both community and university settings. She has pivoted to working with managed care and health plan organizations focusing on proper utilization of services and value based care. In her free time she enjoys hiking, and traveling with her family.
