Donna Jacobson

Executive Director

Donna Jacobson is responsible for all aspects of the organization, including the supervision and management of Resilience’s mission and overall growth. She reports to the Board of Directors. She has 30 years of nonprofit experience, including 10 in top leadership positions. Donna earned her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees and has dedicated her career to serving underrepresented and underserved communities. She interned at a domestic violence agency and has supported children in therapeutic foster care, focusing on children with intellectual and physical impairments, as well as survivors of sexual abuse. Donna is a first-generation college graduate.
