McKenna Rogan

Director of Crisis Services


McKenna Rogan (they/she) is the Director of Crisis Services at Resilience. McKenna’s role is to oversee all of Resilience’s crisis response services, including 24-hour medical advocacy, confidential advising (for partnered higher education institutions), and criminal legal advocacy. Previously, she worked as the Violence Prevention and Advocacy Specialist at Loyola University Chicago and in several other roles within higher education. They also served as a Volunteer Medical Advocate with Resilience beginning in 2020.

McKenna is dedicated to ending sexual violence through comprehensive sex education, anti-oppression work, and direct survivor support. Outside of work, they love hiking, seeing theater and dance performances, and trying new restaurants around Chicago.
