Kate is the President of Formant, a software company focusing on providing the market leading physical automation and robotics fleet data, operations and support tool. Prior to Formant, Kate was the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Uptake, an AI based industrial intelligence company, where she has built the alliances framework and ecosystem across industrial markets and was Head of Automotive & Mobility Americas team at Gemalto, now part of Thales, driving go to market efforts on cybersecurity, data privacy, connectivity and data monetization to the passenger car and mobility markets after spending a few years in the IOT space. With over 15 years experience in building and growing markets within the technology sector, she brings a blended view of strategic planning and execution, operations, and go to market. Kate has a B.S. in International Business and German. She adds to her volunteer experience with CASA of Cook County and as a mentor for women in tech.
