Kristen Lalowski is currently SVP at VillageMD where she is responsible for enterprise clinical technology decisions to ensure a positive patient and provider experience. She is also responsible for bringing new VillageMD products to market. VillageMD is a primary care and multi-specialty physician practice that delivers a comprehensive care experience for every stage of life and health condition through high-quality primary, specialty, and urgent care across 24 markets in the US.
Lalowski has a background in emergency nursing and nursing leadership. She made a career pivot to healthcare IT more than 20 years ago and has spent most of that time in senior leadership roles in business strategy and product management. Lalowski has led teams in several healthcare verticals prior to joining VillageMD: electronic health records, precision medicine, telemedicine, and clinical communications. She’s passionate about making a difference in the lives of clinicians and their patients.
Lalowski has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Loyola University of Chicago and has taken executive courses at University of Chicago and University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Chicago with her husband, two sons, and their rescue dog.
