Halil Kinaci is the Director of Global Supply Chain at Woodward, Inc., where he leads Global Supply Chain Program Management and New Product Introduction. With more than 25 years of international experience, he has held senior leadership roles in Production Engineering, Operations, Supplier Development, Strategic Supply Chain, Program Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

 

A results-oriented executive, Halil has a strong track record of driving business transformation, leading change management, and advancing operational excellence across aerospace, defense, industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics markets worldwide.

 

He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Ohio University, and an MBA from Michigan State University. Most recently, he completed MIT’s Operations Leadership Program.

 

Having lived and worked in Turkey, the U.S., Japan, and Mexico, Halil brings a global perspective to both his professional and personal life. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, exploring cuisines, following world soccer, and staying active through running, hiking, biking, and travel.
