Monica Grant Cohen

Director

Monica is the Director of Community Investment at DRW where she oversees the firm’s global grantmaking and philanthropic engagements. Prior to joining DRW and stepping into corporate social responsibility, Monica dedicated over the first fourteen years of her career to advancing educational equity through direct service roles in higher education as well as leadership roles in both program management and fundraising within the nonprofit sector in Chicago. Monica received a BA in Human Development and Organizational Behavior and an MA in Higher Education from Boston College. Monica completed Loyola University of Chicago’s Mini-MBA program in 2019, as one of five Social Impact Scholars in the cohort.
