Case Management Specialist


Stephanie is a Case Management Specialist at Resilience, where she provides compassionate support and advocacy for survivors. Stephanie is the primary follow-up contact for survivors and their loved ones who have received services at one of Resilience’s partner hospitals. Stephanie responds to clients who call or email requesting advocacy or trauma therapy services by providing immediate crisis intervention and information and referrals to clients as well as their non-offending significant others. Stephanie is also over coordinating intakes by documenting requests for services, ensuring timely follow-up to clients, and conducting data entry for our 24-hour crisis response services.

Stephanie is passionate about walking alongside each survivor with empathy and understanding, helping them access the resources, care, and encouragement they need to begin healing. With years of experience supporting individuals and families through crisis, Stephanie believes in meeting people where they are and reminding them that hope and healing are always possible.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, enjoying good food, serving at her church, spending quality time with family, and relaxing with a good book.
